Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing support to team members, serving as a resource and subject matter expert to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Processing adjustments, refunds, and other billing-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Evaluating and responding to written billing inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Researching and troubleshooting complex billing issues, taking proactive steps to resolve customer complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking customer interactions, and providing status updates to leadership as needed

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Windows PC and ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including occasional overtime
