Keep providers connected and ready to serve—join us as a Credentialing Assistant making a real impact behind the scenes. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. *Remote position open to Missouri residents only. In this detail-driven role, you’ll support the credentialing and enrollment of our providers, helping ensure they can deliver essential healthcare services across the communities we serve. Acting as a key liaison with insurance partners, you’ll help maintain accurate provider information and smooth network participation—directly contributing to access, continuity, and quality of care. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and submit information to insurance companies to establish and maintain provider network participation
  • Maintain and update credentialing databases, ensuring accuracy of provider credentials and network status
  • Complete and monitor primary source verifications and credentialing files for providers
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and insurance companies for roster maintenance and demographic updates
  • Support additional administrative and credentialing-related tasks as needed

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High School/GED Working knowledge of various computer programs such as Excel, Word and Adobe X Professional required
  • Possess good typing, clerical and computer skills, confidentiality skills and an amiable telephone personality
  • Effective verbal, written and emotional ability and maturity to deal effectively with multiple stressors, deadlines and difficult situations
