Job Summary
As an Online Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive online sales growth, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels, monitoring and analyzing competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy, and working with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive online sales growth - Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns - Develop and manage partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels - Monitor and analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy - Work with customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress towards goals - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in online sales or ecommerce - Demonstrated track record of driving online sales growth - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience managing partnerships with affiliate networks and other online sales channels - Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet
