About the Role: 

Ripple Effect Strategies is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity, individual in the Eastern Time Zone only. This role will support internal operations and client management processes, working closely with leadership to ensure campaigns run smoothly from a systems, billing, and administrative perspective.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Create and maintain accurate client profiles across internal systems and platforms.
• Support campaign setup organizing and inputting client data.
• Track and follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and payments.
• Assist with contract tracking and administrative documentation.
• Set up and maintain automations across various SaaS tools and platforms.
• Support internal operations workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform other special projects or duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Work Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, finance support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and SaaS tools.
• Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.

• Salary: $60,000 per year (commensurate with professional and educational experience)
