CA Business Development Representative

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow‑up from marketing campaigns and events
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, timelines, and decision‑making processes
• Consistently book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure clear handoff notes in the CRM
• Follow structured outreach sequences and maintain activity standards to hit weekly and monthly targeets
• Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, including notes, lead status, and next steps
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve messaging, targeting, and lead quality
• Learn our products, ideal customer profiles, and value propositions to confidently represent the brand
