Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in engaging with patients, members, and customers to discuss their healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging and educating patients about their healthcare options and benefits
  • Building meaningful rapport with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Presenting the value of our healthcare program in a way that resonates with each patient's unique situation
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues while providing exceptional customer service
  • Promoting healthcare benefits and addressing member concerns with empathy and senior sensitivity
  • Embracing a service-plus mindset to resolve customer concerns effectively and anticipate future needs
  • Staying goal-oriented and achieving productivity targets while demonstrating a strong work ethic and motivation

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
  • Ability to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
