Responsibilities As a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and resolving routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers. Your responsibilities will include: * Receiving inbound phone calls to resolve issues and provide patient care * Providing accurate support for pharma programs and triaging to appropriate teams when required * Meeting and exceeding structured performance targets * Documenting all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures * Utilizing Knowledge Base materials to resolve inquiries * Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information * Developing a working knowledge of company-related security and privacy practices * Participating in continued education on product changes, new features, and product launches * Sharing feedback with management to improve the patient experience Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Bilingual Korean required, with a strong command of the English language * High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred * Customer service or inbound call center experience required * Healthcare, pharmacy, or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus * A passion for providing top-notch patient care * Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally * Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software Location/Hours This is a full-time position, on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.
