Performance Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to architect our global acquisition engine. This isn’t a role for a traditional "manager"—we need a growth architect who builds, breaks, and innovates. Leveraging an AI-first workflow, you will move faster and scrappier than a standard PPC team to drive quality growth across Google, LinkedIn, and beyond. You’ll own the full strategy-to-execution loop, managing a lean team of specialists to deliver high-intent pipeline and new MRR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Define the global paid acquisition roadmap. You don’t wait for instructions; you identify the "why" and "how," prioritizing sustainable long-term growth and LTV:CAC efficiency over short-term gains.
  • Full-Funnel Execution: Own and execute paid media across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), and Capterra. You understand how to impact channel results through deep tactical changes and creative iteration, not just budget redistribution.
  • High-Velocity Experimentation: Build and manage a relentless testing engine. You will constantly innovate across creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies, viewing every campaign as a scientific experiment with a clear hypothesis and measurable outcome.
  • AI Workflows & Automations: Implement and maintain automated workflows (using n8n, Make, Claude, or custom scripts) to handle the mundane. You will leverage AI to automate reporting, creative testing, and bid management, freeing your time for high-level innovation.
  • Data & Tracking Architecture: Take full ownership of the conversion tracking stack. Ensure the data feeding our algorithms is clean and verified by collaborating with engineering and data teams to implement advanced tracking (CAPI, offline conversions, and server-side tagging).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in a B2B SaaS or high-growth digital environment.
  • Proven track record of managing $100k+/mo budgets while maintaining high ROI
  • Advanced ability to build predictive models, manage complex budgets, and forecast pipeline/revenue based on spend.
  • Advanced expertise in automation platforms (n8n, Make, or Zapier) and integrating LLMs/AI into marketing workflows.
  • High proficiency in CRM and analytics systems (HubSpot, Looker Studio, PowerBI) and advanced tracking implementations (GTM, API-based conversions).
  • Strong ability to translate raw data into compelling stories and actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Experience managing a team and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
