Job Description

Generic:

  • Implements and drives further target group oriented recruiting strategy in close alignment with Global Expert Talent Acquisition and forwards derived requirements to Hiring Administrators in RSSC
  • Gives input and feedback to Hiring Management, respective HR Partners and Global Expert Talent Acquisition on improvement of recruiting related processes and tools e.g. in relation to the placement of meaningful job advertisements
  • Designs, implements and maintains Recruiting Toolbox for Hiring Managers in alignment with Global Expert Talent Acquisition to allow global governance
  • Supports and facilitates Assessment Centers for selected candidates
  • Supports recruiting related (mass) projects and takes part in further HR projects

Specification:

  • Provides advisory and solves HR related requests with focus on hiring administration in collaboration with Hiring Administrators
  • Responsible for candidate sourcing by searching candidates in internal/external pool, matching candidates with job postings, contacting candidates (via phone) & invite to apply as well as contacting external agencies to discuss posting details
  • Receives long list of candidates based on incoming applications by Hiring Administrators and is responsible for further screening and ranking candidates to create short list
  • Conducts first and second personal interview together with Hiring Manager incl. necessary preparation and evaluates candidates by taking into account the TR competency model
  • Conducts follow-up discussion with interview team
  • Informs candidate about the result of the interview by either rejecting or making verbal offer to the candidate
  • And other duties as assigned.

Education

Vocational Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate)
  • Fluent in local language (B2 Upper intermediate)
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area
  • At least 1 year of experience as Project Member
