Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Providing in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us to better understand our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights to improve our services and support.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
