As a Customer Service Leader/Benefits Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, navigating the sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with industry leaders to stay up-to-date with current policies and provide accurate information to customers. Your primary goal will be to cultivate new sales opportunities, professional networking, and gathering referrals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver and explain clients' benefits enrolled in a customized protection plan

  • Navigate the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Convey complex information clearly and compassionately to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries about their benefits
  • Stay up-to-date with current policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Build lasting customer book of business through relationships and personalized one-on-one interactions with clients
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities through professional networking and gathering referrals
