The Role

As a Danish-speaking customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our esteemed international airline's clients from the comfort of Greece. You'll leverage your language skills to provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues promptly and professionally to guarantee a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is personalized, efficient, and effective.

  • Assist with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information, providing accurate and up-to-date information to our clients.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, using your problem-solving skills and proactive approach to guarantee a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline policies and procedures to aid customers effectively, ensuring that every interaction is informed and accurate.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for accurate records, maintaining a high level of data integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and expertise to drive excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to refine your skills and enhance service quality, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and effective.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry, is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
