Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to help customers find what they need
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
  • Maintaining store appearance by working in various areas of the store, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
  • Interacting with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
  • Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with customers
  • Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
  • Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and coming up with creative solutions to problems
  • Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to improve customer service and store operations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer care
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, as well as pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
