  • Own and enhance reporting environments, including dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems through validation, monitoring, and governance practices.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
  • Support and optimize existing data infrastructure, including queries, transformations, and refresh processes.
  • Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of system workflows and integrations to improve end-to-end process efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation for data models, pipelines, and reporting logic to ensure transparency and auditability.
  • Serve as a key resource for troubleshooting data issues, reporting discrepancies, and system-related questions.
  • Contribute to data governance efforts, including master data management, standardization, and change control processes.
  • Support ad hoc data requests, analysis, and reporting needs from internal stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.
  • 3–7 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or a related role required.
  • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and transformations (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python, or similar tools) required.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience working with ERP or operational systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and validation best practices preferred.
