Group Summary:

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • $80,000 to $85,000/year
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Systems Integration experience (Preferred)   
  • Process end-to-end payroll using Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, status changes, and compensation updates.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
  • Complete payroll audits and identify discrepancies, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit year-end reporting such as T4s, W-2s, ROEs, and other statutory filings as applicable.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Dayforce modules, including Payroll, Workforce Management, and Time & Attendance.
  • Assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions and troubleshoot Dayforce issues.
  • Support configuration updates, testing, and enhancements within Dayforce.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of employment standards, payroll legislation, and internal policies.
