Project Manager

The next Project Manager to come onboard will own a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects of varying sizes and complexities. We are looking for a person with a proactive leader mentality who thrives on execution, a person who masters tools like Wrike, and someone who can turn complex statements of work (SOW) into seamless customer victories. Things You Will Do: Portfolio Management: Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Project Planning: Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies. Client Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability. Stakeholder Communication: Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly. Resource Optimization: Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing. Risk & Change Management: Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed. Financial Tracking: Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records. Quality & Frameworks: Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope. Performance Reviews: Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement. Things You Will Bring: 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment. Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment. Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication. Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment. Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar.
