Remote Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with account inquiries, billing, service setup, and general support while delivering a positive and professional experience. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and comfortable multitasking across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in a professional and timely manner Assist customers with:Billing inquiries and payments Service sign-ups and account updates General account and service questions Promote and upsell service offerings when appropriate Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly Analyze issues and provide solutions based on established guidelines Build rapport with customers through clear, friendly communication Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed Follow up on unresolved inquiries to ensure full resolution Maintain professionalism across all interactions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred Strong ability to multitask across multiple screens, tools, and systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to talk, type, and navigate systems simultaneously Tech-savvy with experience using Windows-based systems (Windows 10 or 7) Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volume Willingness to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Work From Home Requirements Reliable home internet connection:Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speed Must be able to connect via a wired (ethernet) connection Equipment provided includes: computer, dual monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse Training Schedule 4 weeks of training Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST Compensation $15.50 per hour

Work Environment

Fully remote position 24/7/365 operation with scheduled shifts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
