Field Marketing Engineer - Agriculture Brazil

Job Title: Field Marketing Engineer - Agriculture Brazil Summary: The Field Marketing Engineer in the Agriculture segment is technically responsible for developing the market of agriculture portfolio, supporting demand generation among active and potential clients through visits, field and laboratory demonstrations, training, in-person and online presentations, and participation in industry trade shows and field events. This position supports the sales area in handling complaints, product positioning, and promotional communication.

Responsibilities

Include: Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio. Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations (field and laboratory), training sessions, presentations (in-person and virtual), and participation in industry fairs and events.. Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications. Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors. Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs). Execute new product introduction plan (NPIs). Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks. Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications. Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition. Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players. Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities. Qualifications: The following are required for the role Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Agronomy or related areas. 5 years of experience Intermediate level in English Intermediate level in Spanish The following are preferred for the role: Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics; Knowledge of application technology; Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations; Experience with adjuvants.
