Easy Wedding. One of the largest wedding & events companies in the Gulf is looking for a Recruiter Freelancer / Talent Specialist. A few things you need to be aware of before applying... • Experience: The candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in recruiting people in the Gulf. • Location: Remote (possible to join us in Dubai, Abu Dhabi) • Non-negotiable skills: English - Main missions: Sourcing & Hiring • What you'll do: Identify the best talents, contact them, conduct the screening calls & prepare the interview with our company managers • What you'll love: We'll train you in using a few very nice automation tools (or if no need, we'll give you all the support you need) - Tasks & Responsibilities • Source people, • Screen applicants, • Head Hunt new profiles, • Conduct screening call, • Conduct scorecard calls, • Organize management calls, - Ideal candidate • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or MBA; • Work experience in sales not less than 3 years at a mid or senior level; • Having knowledge and skills in active sales, processing incoming requests, maintaining CRM, and preparing commercial documents; • Proficient in Microsoft Office; • Creativity and team spirit, attention to detail and problem-solving skills; • Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills; - A few details • Offices: Remote or in-office (we have offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Georgia) • Team: 10+ person full time, 20+ part-time, friendly environment • Payment: Fix & commission - Positions you'll have to fill • 2 Sales Executives: 3 to 5 years of experience working in Dubai or in Georgia • 2 wedding planners: 3 to 5 years of experience working in Dubai or in Georgia • 1 administrative assistant: 3 to 5 years of experience working in Georgia • 2 marketing executive: 3 to 5 years of experience working in Dubai or in Georgia • You can review all job offers here https://easy-wedding.breezy.hr/ - About us Easy Wedding is a Dubai & Georgia-based startup helping people to get legally married with a very new approach.
