Position: Customer Expert Work model: Remote Location: Greece Employment type: Full-time In this role, you will: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing a wide range of topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support. Provide accurate and timely information on our diverse portfolio of vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options. Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating our website, and understanding connected services and infotainment features. Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns. Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Ideal candidates will possess: Fluency (verbal and written) in Japanese and very good English language skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems. A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
