Front End Development Lead

Responsible for leading and mentoring front-end developers, ensuring best practices, code quality, and on-time project delivery. Design and implement robust, user-centric web experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), leveraging React.js and Vue.js for component creation and dynamic UIs. Utilize JIRA and SmartSheet to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Communicate progress effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during development phases and proactively address their concerns and questions. Apply experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to contribute to the development of solutions and proposals that align with client business goals and technical constraints. Work seamlessly with back-end developers, designers, content authors, and project managers to deliver impactful web solutions utilizing Slack and Google Docs. Prioritize website performance and accessibility, ensuring compliance with web standards. Continuously improve development processes by applying expertise of emerging web technologies and best practices. Supervise 2-3 Front End Developers (15-1252, Software Developers). Telecommuting is permitted. Requires local and domestic travel up to 10% Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering or a related field. Must have five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience in each of the following: Designing and developing large-scale, highly performant single-page applications using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, ES6, Typescript, Vue JS, React JS, Node JS, or CMS (AEM or Sitecore). Enhancing the user experience with RWD (Responsive Web Design) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Modeling advanced strategies to successfully achieve targeted increase in lead conversion rates. Providing robust and scalable IT solutions and engaging with project stakeholders. Designing learning programs, conducting code reviews, and providing mentorship.
