We are private equity-backed and scaling fast, with 300 active customers across 10 countries and more than 1,750 implementations. We connect people, technology, and AI to turn fragmentation into performance, partnering with global leaders to modernize how marketing, CRM, content, AI & Data connect. At BPX, we hire operators and specialists who thrive at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution. What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead. The Role As the Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation, you will serve as our global center of excellence for marketing deployment, taking direct ownership of the full budget to orchestrate commercial performance. You will guide a hybrid team of deployment specialists and a global network of specialized contractors. Your day-to-day will involve translating high-level growth strategy into high-impact demand generation programs across North America. You will balance hands-on marketing operations with strategic ecosystem orchestration—leveraging cutting-edge AI tools (like Claude) to scale content, pioneering modern B2B attention channels (like TikTok and IG Reels), and co-marketing closely alongside elite partners like Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, and Databricks to drive a measurable pipeline.

Responsibilities

Strategy Execution: Translate overall company growth marketing strategies into actionable, integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, content, and partner channels. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee and deploy the ~$1M marketing budget, managing full-time UK assets and global agency/creative contractors to maximize efficiency. AI & Workflow Modernization: Embed advanced AI landscape tools and agentic capabilities into marketing workflows to accelerate high-volume content production and campaign delivery. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build, launch, and optimize high-targeted ABM initiatives tailored to priority enterprise accounts to maximize commercial pipeline. Partner Co-Marketing: Drive scaled co-marketing relationships and channel visibility alongside key strategic partners (Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, Databricks). Performance Tracking: Maintain rigorous real-time enablement and tracking of campaign metrics, focusing heavily on lead-to-cash conversion rates and marketing-sourced pipeline.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership, demand generation, or marketing operations experience. Industry Foundation: Prior experience working within a service-based business or a fast-paced marketing agency environment. AI & MarTech Literacy: Strong hands-on proficiency with modern marketing technologies and a deep understanding of the AI tool landscape (specifically Claude or similar LLMs). Channel Innovation: Comprehensive knowledge of emerging attention trends and experience leveraging unconventional B2B channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, AI Search). Partner Ecosystems: Proven track record of executing successful co-marketing strategies or working within major tech partner channels. Why this opportunity is unique This position offers a rare "blank sheet of paper" opportunity backed by an already optimized, high-performing technology infrastructure, allowing you to bypass layers of corporate bureaucracy, deploy immediate "low-hanging fruit" strategies, and directly interface with world-class partner marketing ecosystems.
