Hospice Chaplain (PRN)

Remote · USA Full-time New today

About the position At Lifted Hospice, our mission is to help people live life to the fullest by delivering compassionate, clinically excellent end-of-life care. We are committed to dignity, comfort, and quality of life, walking alongside patients and their families. Our culture is built on trust, unity, and joy, serving from a place of favor and recognizing the sacredness of our work. As a Chaplain, you will serve a sacred role, offering spiritual presence, peace, compassion, and support to patients and families. You will provide personalized spiritual care in various settings, assess spiritual needs with sensitivity, offer prayer or counseling when invited, and support individuals from all faiths, cultures, and beliefs. • Collaborative and professional—confident working as part of an interdisciplinary team and documenting care clearly and on time.
  • Knowledge of local spiritual resources and willingness to coordinate clergy or faith support when requested.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance.
