Apex Life Advisors is expanding our sales team, and we're looking to hire a few high-performing inside sales advisors to join our team! We show up for clients, help each other improve, and expect people to bring effort, initiative, and accountability to the table. This is a good fit for someone who likes being in control of their own output, doesn't need constant hand-holding, and wants their results to directly reflect the work they put in. In this full-time sales role, you'll speak with individuals who have already requested information about insurance coverage and help them understand the options available to them. You'll follow a proven system that keeps things organized and straightforward, while still giving you the flexibility to run your day, build momentum, and create your own success. The people who tend to do best here are motivated, competitive with themselves, comfortable taking ownership of their schedule, and driven by growth rather than just punching a clock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone or virtual consultations with prospective clients
  • Perform needs analysis and recommend coverage options
  • Help clients complete applications and navigate underwriting
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of calls, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and prospective clients
  • Participate in training and skill development

Compensation

  • The average full-time Apex producer earns $5,000 to $11,000 per month, with top full-time sales reps typically earning more
  • Pay is tied to individual production and results and is based on submitted applications and issued policies
  • Production bonuses and incentive trips are offered regularly
  • No caps on commissions
