Java Automation Engineer

As a Java Automation Engineer, you will contribute to building reliable and scalable technology solutions through automation, focusing on Core Java and Selenium.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Core Java and Selenium
- Enhance existing automation frameworks
- Design and develop functional and integration test cases
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product changes and update test scripts
- Participate in Agile processes and team discussions
- Document test cases, automation processes, and results
- Support manual testing when required
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience (up to 3 years acceptable)
- Strong hands-on knowledge/experience in Core Java (mandatory)
- Java should be the candidate's primary programming language; non-Java experience alone will not be considered a substitute for Java experience
- Basic exposure to Selenium or Java-based automation testing (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science or related field)
- Minimum 2.5 GPA recommended
