[Remote] Insurance Sales Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CityScape Metro Group is seeking high-performing individuals for the role of Insurance Sales Agent. The position involves converting inbound opportunities into clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and continuously improving performance while meeting sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to new and potential clients, evaluate their needs and their financial statuses, and propose ideal plan options for their unique circumstances and insurance needs
• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Keep sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
• Devote an unprecedented level of personal attention when implementing a range of effective sales strategies proven to maintain and grow long-term customer base

Skills

• Job seekers must have an insurance license
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
• Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations
