Responsibilities
- You have the drive to own something
- Start building an agency of their own
- Provide a clear path from producer to agency owner
- Utilize operational and lead systems already in place
- Receive licensing support; most candidates are fully licensed within 7 to 14 days
- Earn commission-based pay with performance bonuses and no earning ceiling
- Work remotely with a flexible schedule
- Receive mentorship from people who have built what you're trying to build

- An active life insurance license is required
