[Remote] Social Media Content Specialist - Bilingual French / English - Remote in US

The role involves engaging in online conversations, creating content, and fostering digital communities that are safe and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice
- Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement
- Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
- Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience
Skills
- Bilingual (English and French) proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in English and French
- Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness
- Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging
- Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences
- Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook
- Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
