[Remote] B&M Retail Operations Analyst

The Brick & Mortar Operations Analyst is a fully remote role that supports the day-to-day execution and growth of the retail business across brick-and-mortar channels, focusing on product and market analysis, pricing support, and retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and competitive messaging
- Research market trends, viral products, and new product opportunities
- Support go-to-market strategies for brick-and-mortar launches
- Build pricing strategies that balance margin and competitiveness
- Monitor market pricing, promotions, and price parity across channels
- Create pitch decks and retail sales materials for buyers
- Consolidate invoices and POs for retail accounts
- Complete forms and documentation for item setup, replenishment, and compliance
- Set up product listings with images and content
- Manage replenishment orders and track MABD timelines
- Organize sales, inventory, and performance data for reporting and decision-making
- Review chargebacks and discounts to ensure accurate payment
- Prepare monthly analytics and reporting
- Communicate with design, buyers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle ad hoc requests related to retail operations and support tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain, retail operations, consumer products, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth
