O’Hagan Meyer LLC is a litigation law firm, and they are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant in their San Francisco, CA office. The role involves drafting correspondence, filing pleadings, scheduling depositions, and maintaining attorney calendars among other responsibilities.

- Drafting correspondence
- Editing and filing pleadings with State and Federal courts
- Scheduling depositions
- File maintenance

- Maintaining attorney calendars
Skills
- Minimum of 1-4+ years of experience
- Familiarity with general litigation, labor & employment and medical malpractice fields of Law
- Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with formatting of briefs and generating Table of Contents and Table of Authorities in native Word
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as with the team
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with IManage and Court Alert
