Inbound Sales and Customer Representative

The Inbound Sales and Customer Representative role involves assisting clients with their credit card needs and ensuring they receive the best value from their services through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needs
- Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge
- Provide quality service that will exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Accurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systems
- Apply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards sales and performance targets
Skills
- Bilingual, must be able to communicate and write in both French and English for our clients across Canada (50% English and 50% French)
- Self-motivated in an independent work environment
- Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
- An understanding of credit cards is an asset
- Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere with strong sense of ethics

- 10% shift premium (of regular hourly rate) will be paid for all hours worked 50% or more of the total hours worked Monday to Friday outside of outside your 8am - 5:00pm
