Sales Development Representative
Quadient is a company that supports businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey. The Sales Development Representative will drive pipeline growth for Account Receivable solutions by engaging with upper mid-market organizations through inbound and outbound strategies, focusing on qualifying opportunities and supporting Account Executives with high-quality leads.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting for a defined upper mid-market segment
- Execute personalized, outbound account outreach across phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualifying inbound leads by understanding customer pain points, urgency, budget, and buying processes
- Book discovery calls and demos with decision makers and influencers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet activity and pipeline contribution goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging
- Build foundational sales and business skills while exploring long-term career paths in technology and sales
Skills
- Early in your career (0–3 years of experience in sales development or related client‑facing roles)
- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow
- Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Tech-savvy, with clear and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excited about building a career in technology
- Experience prospecting into mid‑market or enterprise accounts preferred
- Experience using sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense) preferred, but not required
