SALES ANALYST II
McCormick & Company is a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, and they are seeking a Sales Analyst to support Walmart and Sam's Club sales. This entry-level position involves providing in-depth sales analysis, managing forecasts, and executing ad-hoc projects to identify opportunities and risks in sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Managing internally and externally, the tracking and execution of new items
- Managing forecast analysis and owning key reporting
- Analytics & insights that assist in Sales & Commercialization processes including business reviews, planning, day by day sales and operations & category management
- Executes ad-hoc projects and action plans
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- Must have demonstrated skills working on small projects and basic analytic assignments
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point and Power BI
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organization skills, project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization
- Must be willing to travel several times per year
- Knowledge of McCormick Operations and Internship
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance or a related field
- Experience in working with SAP, Syndicated/Scan Data with ACNielsen or Circana
- Supplier One, Scintilla, Power BI and/or Salsify experience would be a plus
- E-Commerce experience needed (General Knowledge)
