Inside Sales Specialist

They are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to support the outside sales team, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless sales process from quoting to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact to customers to provide information on complete sales cycle from quote through delivery
  • Contact current and potential customers to generate sales
  • Develop, sell, and convert accounts to recurring revenue service contracts
  • Ensure that all paperwork, purchase orders, rental agreements, reports etc. are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and ensure internal process requirements
  • Handle inventory to stocking levels. Ensure the order process is complete and error-free
  • Mentor peers and share standard methodologies with those less experienced as needed

Skills

  • Customer service and inside sales experience preferred
  • Ability to understand the need, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
  • A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
