Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that support their business goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business through proactive client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests and projects, delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Manage and maintain account data, sales pipelines, and performance metrics within CRM systems, providing insights and reporting to support growth
  • Work in partnership with Marketing and business units to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to the target audience

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 1-2 years in related role, providing day-to-day support to team and customers
  • Strong time management, prioritizations, and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels
  • Experience developing relationships by listening, understanding, and providing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction
  • Must reside in Chicagoland region
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
