[Remote] Contract Manager (Energy Experience)

They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support clients in the energy, industrial manufacturing, and technology sectors, focusing on commercial contract negotiation and administration.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
- Managing contract intake
- Routing agreements for execution
- Maintaining contract records
- Supporting day-to-day workflow operations
Skills
- Experience as a Contracts Manager
- Experience supporting energy-sector clients
- Strong commercial contracting skills
- Ability to handle routine contract management responsibilities
- Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
- Experience managing contract intake and routing agreements for execution
- Experience maintaining contract records
- Ability to support day-to-day workflow operations
