Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Insight Delivery: Translate complex paid‑media data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior‑level decision‑making and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Analytics Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust analytics, business intelligence (BI), and data science frameworks that support real‑time monitoring of advertising performance across all channels.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with paid‑media, marketing, finance, and product teams to build and refine media mix models, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget constraints.
  • Ad‑Hoc & Scheduled Reporting: Own the end‑to‑end reporting lifecycle using SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to produce both scheduled dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses.
  • Data‑Driven Problem Solving: Conduct deep‑dive investigations to identify root causes of performance variances, develop hypotheses, and recommend data‑backed solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analytics, data analysis, or consulting within an e‑commerce or digital advertising environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization.
  • Expertise with at least one major BI/visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Looker).
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining reporting solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platforms.
