FP&A Associate | Tech Advisory & Consulting Firm | Remote

Job Title FP&A Associate Location Remote Overview A rapidly growing technology advisory and consulting firm, backed by a leading middle-market private equity sponsor, is seeking an FP&A Associate to join its finance team. The firm has experienced exceptional growth over the past several years, with EBITDA increasing more than fivefold since 2022 and expected to exceed $100M this year. Leadership has a clear plan to scale the business 3-4x over the next three to five years. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership, private equity sponsors, and long-term value creation initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for a high-potential FP&A professional looking to grow with a scaled platform. Role & Reporting Structure The FP&A Associate will report directly to the Manager of FP&A, who reports to the Sr. VP of Finance. The role will work closely with the accounting team and partner regularly with leadership across finance, M&A, and operations. This position requires strong communication skills and comfort interacting with senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process across the organization
• Prepare internal financial analysis and monthly reporting packages for leadership
• Partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and insights
• Support reporting and communication with the private equity sponsor
• Assist with long-range planning, strategic initiatives, and exit-related analysis
• Contribute to value creation efforts tied to the firm's next recapitalization and eventual exit over the next 3-5 years
• Build scalable financial models, processes, and reporting infrastructure as the firm continues to grow Qualifications
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related roles
• High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and interacting with senior leadership
