Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving incremental sales and market share.

Data‑Driven Market Insight

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and consumer data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Prepare and present data‑rich business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex’s analytics team to develop predictive models that support proactive decision‑making and risk mitigation.

Relationship Management & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, cultivating strong, trust‑based relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, joint planning sessions, and performance workshops with partners to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders and external distributors to coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and supply chain initiatives.

Brand Advocacy & Market Activation

  • Champion arenaflex’s brand portfolio across retail, foodservice, and hospitality channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.
  • Design and implement localized marketing programs, trade promotions, and experiential events that drive consumer engagement and sales lift.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics, providing timely feedback to product development and innovation teams.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end order fulfillment process, from demand forecasting to logistics coordination, ensuring on‑time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall partner experience.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all account interactions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in national account management, preferably within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry.
  • Data Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, perform quantitative analysis, and translate findings into strategic actions.
