Role Overview – Solutions Analyst (Remote Data Entry)

We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Analyst to join our Labor Systems team. This full‑time, remote position is based in the United States and focuses on designing, optimizing, and supporting data integration and reporting solutions that power arenaflex’s workforce management platforms. The analyst will work closely with the Manager – Labor Systems Data Solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high‑performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply industry‑standard software development methodologies and testing practices to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Provide rapid and accurate results for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
• Stay current with emerging IT technologies, attending webinars, conferences, and reviewing technical publications to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the data integration technologies currently in use across arenaflex’s labor systems.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of best‑practice processes.
• Produce high‑level estimates based on preliminary requirements, breaking large, complex problems into manageable, testable tasks.
• Design, recommend, and guide the implementation of robust reporting and analytics architectures that support strategic decision‑making.
• Build balanced, extensible solutions that require minimal resources for ongoing maintenance while meeting both short‑term and long‑term data needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with at least one programming language (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, Python, or a comparable language).
