Key Responsibilities

  • Issue, re‑issue, and refund airline tickets while ensuring compliance with fare rules and company policies.
  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations for domestic and international itineraries.
  • Re‑accommodate passengers on oversold flights, during irregular operations, and in emergency situations.
  • Perform passenger check‑in, seat assignments, and boarding assistance, including curbside and gate‑side support.
  • Coordinate vouchers, hotel accommodations, meals, and ground transportation for affected travelers.
  • Manage baggage handling, tag verification, and transfer processes at ticket counters and gate areas.
  • Provide real‑time flight information, status updates, and gate announcements to passengers.
  • Assist with visa documentation, customs declarations, and immigration procedures when required.
  • Support self‑service kiosks and automated check‑in stations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, and those requiring additional assistance.
  • Maintain accurate logs of passenger interactions, flight changes, and incident reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with ground operations, flight crews, and security teams to resolve operational challenges swiftly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
