Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team of pharmacy support professionals. Key Responsibilities

- Process high‑volume inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients, prescribers, and third‑party payers, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
- Interpret and enter complex clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and resolve missing or incomplete medication data by conducting thorough investigations.
- Manage “outside oddball” cases—unusual or incomplete orders—by reviewing, correcting, and resubmitting them according to established protocols.
- Coordinate with pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, and other clinical staff to ensure timely resolution of patient inquiries and order fulfillment.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and arenaflex privacy standards while handling protected health information (PHI).
- Document all interactions and data changes in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring audit‑ready compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary, providing clear and concise summaries of the problem and steps taken.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Fundamental web‑search skills, including entering URLs, using bookmarks, and navigating web pages efficiently.

- Minimum age of 18 years.
