  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with pilots, dispatchers, and fellow ramp staff to coordinate loading sequences and resolve any operational issues.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work rotating shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with total weekly hours ranging from 20 to 40 based on operational demand.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary education.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Strong command of English—both spoken and written.
  • Commitment to personal safety and the safety of coworkers, with a willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety‑toe footwear, hard hats, and high‑visibility apparel.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer‑service environment (internships or part‑time roles are acceptable).
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and barcode scanning technology.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.
  • Flexibility to work in a physically demanding role while maintaining a positive, customer‑focused demeanor.
