Role Overview – Data Analytics Sales Specialist (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Sales Specialist to join our Cloud Solutions team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and senior leaders, guiding them through the strategic adoption of arenaflex Cloud data and analytics services. You will blend technical expertise with sales acumen to design, pitch, and close transformative projects that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a full‑time, remote position offering a competitive rate of $25 per hour, an 8‑hour workday, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Build and nurture executive‑level relationships, acting as the primary data analytics subject‑matter expert for assigned accounts.
  • Solution Design & Pitching: Collaborate with architects and product specialists to develop compelling business cases, solution architectures, and ROI models that align with client objectives.
  • End‑to‑End Deal Management: Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and opportunity creation to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with arenaflex Cloud Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, and Marketing teams to craft go‑to‑market (GTM) campaigns and joint selling strategies.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Conduct market research, develop thought‑provoking content, and present at webinars or virtual events to position arenaflex as a leader in data analytics.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM system.
  • Customer Success Enablement: Work closely with post‑sale implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long‑term satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, data warehousing, or data‑driven solution development.
  • Proven track record of working with architects or product specialists to build business cases and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.

  • Ability to design, pitch, and execute end‑to‑end data‑centric transformation initiatives that align with client business strategies.
