Join arenaflex as an IT Business Analyst – Powering the Future of Mission-Critical Infrastructure

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping complex IT environments running flawlessly? arenaflex is searching for a driven, detail-oriented IT Business Analyst – IT Facilities, Infrastructure & Remote Operations to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the operational sustainability of the critical infrastructure that powers our enterprise systems, ensuring that every facility, server, and communication room operates at peak performance.

At arenaflex, we believe that technology is the backbone of every successful business operation. Our IT Facilities team is responsible for the planning, governance, and lifecycle management of the physical infrastructure that supports our global technology footprint — from data centers and certification labs to remote communication rooms and airfield fiber networks. If you thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where no two days are the same, this opportunity is built for you.

Our culture is rooted in shared values — Integrity, Respect, Perseverance, and Employee Leadership — which guide everything we do. We are passionate about building resilient systems, empowering our people, and delivering unmatched value to the customers and communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst on the IT Facilities team at arenaflex, you will provide IT governance, project management, vendor oversight, and operational support across our entire infrastructure portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • IT Governance & Compliance: Manage the governance of all site deployments, inventory tracking, infrastructure planning, and adherence to corporate standards and policies across the facilities portfolio.
  • Preventive & Break/Fix Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance programs and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room environmental equipment.
  • IT Lab Support: Coordinate the provisioning of workstations, hardware, and test access to align application developers, engineering teams, and QA staff with the resources they need.
  • Remote Site Coordination: Partner with professional services vendors responsible for the upkeep and emergency repair of remote communication rooms and off-site critical infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring & Operations: Manage, operate, and monitor all critical facilities infrastructure supporting data centers and remote communication rooms, including power, cooling, and physical layer systems.
  • Standards Development: Contribute to the development of standards for space planning, power distribution, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure across all data centers and remote communication rooms.
  • Fiber Ring Maintenance: Support the campus fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of arenaflex's airfield and campus underground fiber network.
  • Policy & Procedure: Recommend and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures that align with corporate governance.
  • Capital Project Management: Lead capital improvement projects, upgrades, and expansions for data center and remote communication room infrastructure — from planning through execution.
  • Vendor & Procurement Management: Select IT and critical facilities services, maintain accurate documentation, negotiate best pricing, and ensure vendors meet all contractual obligations.
  • Capacity Management: Manage space, UPS power, and critical cooling capacity to support ongoing operations and future growth.
  • Electrical & Safety Programs: Oversee the design, implementation, and vendor support of electrical power, air conditioning, fire suppression, security, flooring, and cabling programs across all communication rooms.
  • Incident Management: Provide remote incident management and resolution for critical airfield and facilities equipment, including escalation support for high-priority alerts and tickets.
  • Installation & Configuration Support: Deliver remote installation, configuration, and operational support for facilities equipment and infrastructure deployments.
  • Change Control: Maintain strict adherence to change control activities, ensuring all modifications are documented, reviewed, and approved.
  • Audit & Documentation: Review and store support records, ensuring anomalies are remediated and documentation remains accurate and up to date.
