Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about fares, routes, travel documents, visa requirements, and airline policies.
  • Assist customers with special requests such as wheelchair access, dietary needs, unaccompanied minor travel, and pet transport.
  • Process changes to existing reservations, including seat upgrades, add‑ons, and loyalty program transactions.
  • Document all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities to promote arenaflex’s ancillary services, such as premium seating, lounge access, and travel insurance.
  • Escalate complex or high‑impact issues to the appropriate senior support team while keeping the customer informed.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, product updates, and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials
