Position Overview

The Remote Quality Control Standards Data Analyst plays a critical role within our Quality Control Strategies and Standards Team. This position is responsible for driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical trends, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending process improvements that directly impact the overall effectiveness of the Quality Control department. Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Insightful Reporting: Help create and deliver results derived from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical users and leaders, translating numbers into clear, actionable stories.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the investigation of urgent, unplanned requests resulting from emerging operational or maintenance issues, and provide analytical reporting that enables senior leadership to make timely business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
• Data Visualization: Present insights, trends, and recommendations using data visualization tools that support key analysis points and improve stakeholder understanding of complex information.
• Query Development: Assist in developing and distributing specialized queries to pull and organize data from multiple sources, establishing a consistent rhythm and validating the necessity of data requirements.
• Process Auditing: Identify inconsistencies in processes through audits and reviews, and communicate findings to the team with clear recommendations for improvement.
