Position Overview

This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday remote position is based out of Malvern, PA, but offers the flexibility to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. You will provide essential administrative support to the arenaflex Integrated Kidney Care nurses and staff, handling data entry, report generation, and collaborative communication. The role is designed for individuals who are detail‑oriented, trustworthy with confidential information, and eager to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Verification: Gather patient and clinical information from multiple sources, verify its accuracy, and enter it into the designated arenaflex databases.
  • Database Management: Maintain data integrity by performing routine checks, correcting discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with arenaflex data‑security protocols.
  • Report Development: Create, format, and distribute regular reports, dashboards, and informational materials that support clinical decision‑making and operational planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay aligned with departmental goals and share best practices.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow arenaflex employment policies, departmental guidelines, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Essential Qualifications
