The Customer Success Group (CSG) at arenaflex is the engine that ensures our customers not only adopt our solutions but also achieve measurable outcomes. Within the Data and Analytics organization, the Customer Intelligence team builds innovative data products, advanced analytics, and intelligent insights that power adoption, usage, and engagement across the entire arenaflex ecosystem. As the Senior Manager – Data & Analytics Product Management, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of self‑service data experiences that enable business partners to make data‑driven decisions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year product strategy that aligns with arenaflex’s broader customer success objectives and drives adoption of data‑centric solutions.
  • Backlog & Prioritization: Manage relationships with internal collaborators, gather requirements, and prioritize a dynamic backlog of feature requests, enhancements, and new data products.
  • Agile Delivery: Own sprint cadence, facilitate user‑story creation, lead daily stand‑ups, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases that meet business expectations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product specialists, data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Data Architecture & Integrity: Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design scalable data pipelines, enforce data quality standards, and maintain high‑integrity datasets.
  • Self‑Service Enablement: Champion automated, self‑service solutions that empower business users to access, explore, and act on data without heavy reliance on technical teams.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and expand arenaflex’s internal domain expertise around data products.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and accelerate time‑to‑insight for internal customers.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Define critical performance indicators, track product health, and communicate impact to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Advocacy: Serve as the trusted liaison between product, engineering, data science, and business teams, ensuring alignment and mutual success.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, product analytics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience leading Agile teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with distributed data platforms such as arenaflex.
  • Experience with log‑analysis and monitoring tools like arenaflex, as well as scripting languages (e.g., arenaflex) and business intelligence platforms such as arenaflex.
  • Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving capabilities, and a data‑first approach to decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to present to executives and the technical acumen to collaborate with engineers.
  • Demonstrated customer advocacy, including handling complex customer scenarios with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience with master data management, data integration, data governance, and data quality frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications or deep product knowledge of arenaflex’s suite of solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as arenaflex, arenaflex, or arenaflex.
  • Background in building data‑driven products that scale across global enterprises.
  • Track record of delivering presentations that influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
