Position Overview – Manager, Analytics (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking a highly analytical, self‑motivated Manager, Analytics to lead the paid‑media analytics function. This role is responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, improve advertising efficiency, and maximize ROI across all digital channels. You will partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to design, build, and maintain robust reporting frameworks, predictive models, and KPI scorecards that illuminate the performance of our global paid‑media investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own end‑to‑end analytics solutions that surface insights on paid‑media spend, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.

Essential Qualifications
